Frank A. Clark
LAXTEC Corporation

Mr. Clark is the Executive Director of LAXTEC Corporation, a not-for-profit corporation established in 1984 with 44 shareholders comprised of the international airlines that serve Los Angeles. LAXTEC Corp co-manages the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX, and is responsible for representing the interests of the international airline community with local, state and federal agencies and officials, and the greater Los Angeles business community.  Prior to joining LAXTEC, Mr. Clark was President of Airport Group International (formerly a Lockheed subsidiary) providing services to airlines and airports at 28 locations around the world.  In addition, during his tenure at AGI, Mr. Clark played various roles in a number of airport modernization and commercialization projects in the U.K., Australia and South America.  Earlier in his career Mr. Clark worked for United Airlines at eight different locations serving in various capacities in Sales, Corporate Marketing and Operations.
